Accessing the New Patient Portal

To access the new portal, please proceed as follows:

• First-Time Visitors: You will first need to Register to gain access to the new patient portal, even if you were previously registered with the old portal. Registration matches your email address and date of birth to our patient records. We appreciate your co-operation in completing this one-time process.

• Returning Users: Enter your username and password at the top-right to login to the portal. A "Forgot Password" option is available if you have already registered on the new portal but forgot your password. If you still face issues logging in, please contact the Apraku Psychiatry admin team using the Contact Form.
