New Patient Portal Registration

To access the new portal, please proceed as follows:

• First-Time Visitors: You will need to register to gain access to the new patient portal even if you were previously registered with the old portal. Registration is a simple process that matches your email address and date of birth to our patient records. You will also need to set a unique username (which can be the same as your email address). Once your details are confirmed, the system will send a message to your email address inviting you to set a password for your account.

• Returning Users: If you are already registered for the new patient portal, simply click "Login" and enter your pre-defined username and password. A "Forgot Password" option is available if you have already registered on the new portal but forgot your password. If you still face issues logging in, please contact the Apraku Psychiatry admin team using the Contact Form.
